Returns & Exchanges Policy (Curvy Lipo)
We care about delivering the best quality for your ideal shape. Due to the nature of our products (shapewear & corsets), returns and exchanges follow the rules below.
1) Return & exchange window
- You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure product quality and hygiene.
- If there is a clear manufacturing defect, the window extends to 14 days.
2) Product condition (very important)
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume or otherwise).
- Original tag, packaging, and proof of purchase are required.
- Note: Any sign of use or trying the item in a way that changes its original condition will void the return for public health reasons.
3) Shipping fees
- The customer covers shipping fees for exchanges (size changes) or returns without a manufacturing defect.
- Curvy Lipo covers all costs if the item is defective or the wrong size was sent by us.
4) Non-returnable items
- Products that were altered/customized at the customer’s request.
- Special offers or “Final Sale” items (except in case of a manufacturing defect).
